For the products we sell, we offer a lifetime warranty. To maintain this warranty, all we ask is that you schedule an annual service with us. Regular servicing allows us to monitor, inspect, and fix any potential defects, ensuring your system runs smoothly for years to come.

Servicing your system on time is essential for its longevity and efficiency—it’s better for you and better for us. Trust our technicians to keep your system in top condition, so you can enjoy pure, high-quality water year after year. Our tankless reverse Osmosis System does not offer life time warranty. We offer 5 years warranty as its mechanical.

Water filters becoming dirty is not under warranty.

Property damage from product not under warranty, we will come out and fix the leak or issue. WE are not the manufactorer of the product. We are a reseller.
